Clients want to know how far along their project is without writing emails. Approvals, invoices and uploads were spread across too many channels.
Approach
We built our client portal as a standalone app: code-based sign-in, Face ID lock, push updates at every step, invoices as PDFs, one-tap approvals and an offline cache for the road. Built with Expo, shipped via TestFlight and Google Play.
Result
Project status is visible at any time, approvals take seconds instead of days, and support happens in the same place as the project.
