Question 1

How does a project work?

Accepted Answer

In four steps: strategy call, design concept, development and launch. You see first drafts early, give feedback at clear milestones and stay in control of direction and outcome at all times.

Question 2

How long does it take?

Accepted Answer

A compact company website is usually live within 2 to 4 weeks. Larger projects with a shop, multiple languages or custom features are planned together with a reliable schedule.

Question 3

What do you need from me to get started?

Accepted Answer

Only your goal and your knowledge of your business. On request we develop copy, imagery and structure entirely for you - and of course we integrate existing material such as logos or photos.

Question 4

Can I change content myself later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Depending on the project we set up a content management system or handle changes as part of an ongoing care plan. We clarify which option suits you better in the first call - both are possible.

Question 5

Can my website be multilingual?

Accepted Answer

Yes, multilingual sites are one of our core strengths. This website exists in eight languages - yours can too. We handle translations, language switching and search-engine-compliant markup completely for you.

Question 6

What does a website by WEBESOR cost?

Accepted Answer

Every project is priced individually, because scope and ambition vary widely. After a short initial call you receive a transparent fixed-price quote with no hidden costs - you know exactly what you are investing before the project starts.

Question 7

How does commissioning work?

Accepted Answer

You describe your project via the request form or in an initial call. You then receive a written fixed-price quote with scope and contract. You review it at your own pace, sign digitally and receive the order confirmation with your contract copy.

Question 8

Is the digital contract legally valid?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Both parties agree on the electronic form for the contract (§ 127 German Civil Code): your digital signature on the quote plus our order confirmation conclude the contract. You receive the complete contract copy including your signature by email. German law applies; the contract language is German.

Question 9

Which payment methods are available?

Accepted Answer

Invoice with a 14-day payment term, prepayment by bank transfer, or online payment via Stripe (credit card, PayPal, Klarna, SEPA direct debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay). One-time services are paid half on order and half on acceptance; monthly services are conveniently billed monthly in advance.

Question 10

Can I withdraw from my contract?

Accepted Answer

As a consumer you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the conclusion of the contract - the notice comes with the quote and is part of the contract. An informal email to info@webesor.de is sufficient.

Question 11

Do you work for clients outside Germany?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Write to us via the contact form and we will prepare an individual quote.

Question 12

Do you also handle hosting and maintenance?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We run your website on modern, fast infrastructure and keep technology, security and content up to date - you focus on your business, we take care of the rest.

Question 13

What terms do the hosting packages have?

Accepted Answer

You choose a term of 12 or 24 months; with 24 months the monthly price drops noticeably. After the minimum term the contract continues flexibly and can be cancelled monthly.

Question 14

Will my website be visible on Google?

Accepted Answer

Technical search engine optimisation is standard with us: clean structure, fast load times, correct meta data and structured data. For competitive keywords we additionally offer ongoing SEO support.

Question 15

What happens after launch?

Accepted Answer

You get a personal handover with training, all access credentials and, if you wish, ongoing support: our hosting packages keep technology and security up to date, and SEO support grows your visibility. Your website stays a salesperson, not a maintenance case.
