How does the online ordering work?

Five clear steps: add services to the cart, choose matching add-on packages, enter your details, review and sign the digital contract, and finish with an email confirmation code. Right after, you receive the order confirmation with your contract copy - the whole process takes less than five minutes.

Is the digital contract legally valid?

Yes. Both parties agree on the electronic form for the contract (§ 127 German Civil Code): your digital signature in the checkout plus our order confirmation conclude the contract. You receive the complete contract copy including your signature by email. German law applies; the contract language is German.

Which payment methods are available?

Invoice with a 14-day payment term, prepayment by bank transfer, or online payment via Stripe (credit card, PayPal, Klarna, SEPA direct debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay). One-time services are paid half on order and half on acceptance; monthly services are conveniently billed monthly in advance.

Can I cancel my order?

As a consumer you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the conclusion of the contract - the notice is shown directly in the checkout and in the contract. An informal email to info@webesor.de is sufficient.

Online ordering is currently designed for clients based in Germany. Located abroad? No problem: write to us via the contact form and we'll prepare an individual quote.

Do you also handle hosting and maintenance?

Yes. We run your website on modern, fast infrastructure and keep technology, security and content up to date - you focus on your business, we take care of the rest.

What terms do the hosting packages have?

You choose between 12 and 24 months when ordering - with 24 months the monthly price drops noticeably. After the minimum term the contract continues flexibly and can be cancelled monthly.

Technical search engine optimisation is standard with us: clean structure, fast load times, correct meta data and structured data. For competitive keywords we additionally offer ongoing SEO support.

What happens after launch?
