Several business-critical applications, one requirement: always reachable, without an in-house ops team. What was needed was an infrastructure that reports outages before customers notice them.

Approach

We built a container infrastructure: each application isolated, central routing with automatic TLS, controlled deployments and backups. Monitoring checks all services every minute, AI-assisted analysis classifies anomalies and alerts the team by email and WhatsApp.

Result

Operations as a service: the applications run, updates are applied, incidents are detected and fixed before they escalate. The client sees the status at any time in a live overview.
